2) How to order?

We have taken every care to ensure that your shopping experience at Priyadarshini Handloom is designed to be convenient and intuitive. Here are a few basic steps involved in placing an order after logging into your account:

Step 1 - Adding Items to your Shopping Cart

  1. When you are ready to add an item to your shopping cart, click on the ‘Buy now’ button.
  2. A small box will appear asking if you want to continue shopping or if you want to proceed to checkout. The blue button will allow you to continue shopping, while the orange button will proceed straight to the checkout process. If you change your mind and want to continue browsing you may do so at any moment during the checkout process.
  3. You can continue to add items to your shopping cart until you are ready to Checkout.

Step 2 - Reviewing and Changing the items in your Shopping Cart

  1. You can review and/or change the items in your shopping cart at any time.
  2. To delete an item, simply click the ‘Delete’ button.
  3. Once you are satisfied with your order, you can proceed to the checking out process by clicking on “Checkout” on the Shopping Cart page. This takes you to the Checkout page.

Step 3 – Verify ‘billing’ and ‘delivery’ address

  1. You must enter the billing address in this step. In most cases, the billing address and delivery address may be the same.
  2. If your delivery address is different from the billing address, you must uncheck the box on right side and specify a different delivery address
  3. You may also specify any special order comments you have in the ‘Order Comments’ box

Step 4 – Payment for the order

3) How do I know my order has been confirmed?

Once your payment has been successfully made, you will see the confirmation screen with your order number. Please note down the order number for future references. Priyadarshini Handloom will also send a confirmation mail for your order, to the email address associated with your Priyadarshini Handloom account. In this mail you will be provided with a unique Order ID with an expected time of delivery. Our team will verify the order and your order will be processed internally.

4) Is it possible to order a product that is 'Sold Out'?

Unfortunately, if a product is marked as “Sold Out”, it means that it is not available for sale currently.

5) How do I check the current status of my orders?

You can review the status of all orders that you have placed with us. To check the status of your pending orders, click on the “Login” link on the top right corner of the page and login to your account. After logging in, you may click on the “My Orders” link to view the status of all your orders. To view the status of a specific order, click on the “Order id”. After your order is shipped out from our warehouse, we will send you a mail with the shipping details.

6) What do the different order statuses mean?

  • Processing: Your order has been successfully placed and it is under processing with Priyadarshini Handloom.
  • Out for Delivery: Your order has been shipped out of our showroom and is on its way to your delivery location.
  • Completed: Your order has been delivered at your specified delivery location.

7) How do I make a payment for an Priyadarshini Handloom purchase?

Priyadarshini Handloom offers multiple options to make payments for your order including via Credit Card,Debit Card and Net Banking. All Credit/Debit card details remain confidential and secure.

8) How do I pay using a Credit/Debit card and is it safe?

We accept all VISA, MasterCard, both Indian and International. Customers must key in their 16-digit Credit/Debit Card number and the 3 digit CVV Code (Card Verification Value - found on the back of the card) to complete the payment flow. All Credit/Debit card details remain confidential and secure.

9) How are items packaged?

All items are carefully packaged at our showrooms so as to avoid any form of damage.

10) What are the delivery charges for shipment of goods?

Priyadarshini Handloom provides free delivery on all items in India. For international orders, shipping charges will be added to the total cost of the products before making the final payment for the order. Shipping charges for international orders will vary from country to country.

11) What is the estimated delivery time?

The estimated time of delivery is between 7-10 working days for domestic orders and varies from country to country for international orders.

12) How will the delivery be done?

Priyadarshini Handloom has tied up with Postal Services, Government of India for delivery of its orders, throughout India. Your order will be shipped through registered post, and will be delivered to your doorstep in due course by the postal department.

13) How can I track the delivery of my order?

All Priyadarshini Handloom items are delivered through India post. It will provide you with a Tracking ID for your order by means of which you may track your delivery on http:// www.indiapost.gov.in . We will email you the tracking number after we dispatch your order.

14) If I receive a defective item, will it be replaced?

Please notify us only if the product is found to be damaged or defective within 2 days from the date of delivery, and we will try to resolve your request or replace your product. The defective/damaged products will be replaced within 30 days.

15) How can I return the defective/damaged products?

a) Please inform Priyadarshini Handloom customer care through email or phone immediately on the receipt of the product about your grievances related to damage or defects. You may call on phone no: 0674-2532140

b) Please retain the original packaging including tags, labels etc., and products must be returned in the same conditions as delivered. Please note that in case of any wear/
tear, or alterations to products which are then determined to have been made by customer, return won’t be accepted.

c) Based on the instructions from Priyadarshini Handloom executives, the customer may ship the product through courier back to Priyadarshini Handloom. Please send the courier to the following address:
